Hi I'm Chris


I am a certified counsellor, trauma-informed breathwork facilitator, wellness coach and founder of Reset Within. For over 15 years I’ve been helping people improve their mental health, regulate emotions, and create more balance in their lives through breathwork, movement, and mindset.

In 2019, my own life took a big turn when I collapsed during a charity run and was left with panic attacks and PTSD. Breathwork became the tool that helped me heal, reset my nervous system, and step back into life with clarity and purpose. Since then, I’ve studied with some of the world’s leading teachers and created my own framework — the Lean In / Lean Out Method — to make these tools simple and practical for everyday life.

I’m teaching this course because I know what it feels like to burn out, shut down, and feel stuck — and I also know there’s another way. This course brings together the practices, insights, and methods that have helped me and hundreds of my clients reset, regulate, and take aligned action. My goal is to give you tools you can use anytime, anywhere, to create more safety, clarity, and balance in your life.
