I’m Chris, a trauma-informed breathwork facilitator and Wellness coach. For over a decade I’ve worked with people to improve their mental health, build resilience, and find balance through breathwork, movement, and mindset.

Back in 2019 my own world got flipped upside down. I collapsed during a charity run and was left dealing with panic attacks and PTSD. Breathwork became the tool that not only helped me heal but also gave me back trust in myself, clarity, and a way to live without constant burnout. Since then, I’ve studied with some of the world’s leading breathwork and health teachers, and I’ve developed my own framework — the Lean In / Lean Out Method.

What I bring to this course is a mix of lived experience and professional training. I know what it’s like to feel stuck, overwhelmed, and burnt out — and I also know what it takes to move through it. My teaching style is real, heart-led, and practical. No fluff, no jargon — just tools and practices that actually work in everyday life.
